Online Purchase Returns

Online purchases are eligible for return and refund within 21 days of shipment date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be received back to the store in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. If you wish to return your online order, please email: orders@shopthemansion.com with your order number and reason for the return.

As a small business, we cannot offer free return shipping. Additionally, if your order had originally qualified for flat rate shipping but the actual shipping cost was higher than that flat rate, we will process the refund for the amount paid minus the original, full cost that was incurred for shipping that order.

We will let you know what that original shipping cost was when you reach out via email to begin your return. Our shipping address for the return is listed below.
In Store Purchase Returns

Purchases made in store for general merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds. Store credit is issued in the form of an emailed gift card and does not expire. The gift card code can be used online or in store.
Not Available for Return

Gift cards, artwork, furniture, lighting, sale items, holiday items, and customized or special order items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Returned Gifts

All gifts that are returned are eligible for store credit. Please email us at: orders@shopthemansion.com if you would like to return a gift you received from us.

SHIPPING
Packed With Care
 We pack up most orders from our Brooklyn store & we pack and ship daily on the days we're open! If you have a special request or have a specific timeline, just let us know via email at: orders@shopthemansion.com and we will coordinate your wishes as best we can!
Flat Rate Shipping
 We offer $8 Flat Rate shipping on most orders within the United States. Shipping fees do apply for some items and those are noted on the product page.
Local Pickup
 We offer free local pickup! If you're in the city, you can shop online and select local pickup from our Brooklyn Heights store:

Hours for Pickup: Once your order is ready, you can come anytime we are open to pick up your order. Our store hours are listed in the footer of the page.
Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery in NYC for sofas, chairs, and noted Fermob outdoor furniture! For New Jersey, Connecticut, and other parts of New York, we can deliver for $250.

International Shipping
We love our international clients! However, as a small business, we are unable to cover shipping costs or import duties for international orders. International shipping costs are calculated at check out.

Please also note: any international taxes or duties are not included. We do not calculate or collect any taxes or duties for international orders. If your country requires them on goods coming from the United States, you will be required to pay them by the shipping carrier upon the package arriving to your country.
Shipping a Gift
