In Store Shopping Policies

Hours	Our store is located in Brooklyn Heights! Collyer's Mansion 307 Henry Street Brooklyn, NY 11201 Hours: Listed in the footer of the page Please note, our previous Atlantic Avenue store is currently closed due to building damage.
Returns	Purchases made in store for general merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds. Store credit is issued in the form of an emailed gift card and does not expire. The gift card code can be used online or in store. Please note, furniture and artwork purchases are final sale. Merchandise on special order for an individual customer or as part of an advertised promotion is final sale. All sale items and holiday items are final sale.
Local Delivery	We offer local delivery services. If there is a piece you are interested in purchasing and having delivered from our store, please contact us at: info@shopthemansion.com for a local delivery fee quote. We are typically able to schedule local deliveries within 1 week of purchase at a time that is convenient for you.
Phone Orders	If there is an item you saw in the store and would like to purchase via phone, please feel free to give us a call at 347-987-3342. We can easily process your purchase over the phone and have it ready for pick up or ship it to you with our standard shipping rate.
Gift Cards	We offer a digital gift card -- it can be purchased in store or online and can be used in both locations as well. The gift card can be emailed as a link to you or sent directly to your recipient. To send directly, on the gift card product page, check the box that says "I want to send this as a gift" and enter in your recipient's information. The gift card will be sent at the time of purchase. Online Shopping Policies

Shipping	We pack up most orders from our Brooklyn store and we pack and ship daily! If you have a special request or have a specific timeline, just let us know via email at: orders@shopthemansion.com and we will coordinate your wishes as best we can! There's also a little more information here.
International Shipping	We love our international clients! However, as a small business, we are unable to cover shipping costs or import duties for international orders. International shipping costs are calculated at check out. Please also check your local customs / import office for any potential duties associated with a merchandise order from the United States.
Local Pick-Up Location & Hours	If you're in the neighborhood, you can shop online and select free local pick up from our Brooklyn Heights store! Pick-up address: 307 Henry Street Brooklyn, NY 11201 Hours: Listed in the footer of the page
Sending a Gift	Let us take the hassle out of sending gifts! We are happy to gift wrap and/or write a card on your behalf. Just add your instructions for us in the "Special Instructions" box on your cart page. Email us at: orders@shopthemansion.com if you have any additional requests.
Returns	Online purchases are eligible for return and refund within 21 days of shipment date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be received back to the store in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. If you wish to return your online order, please email: orders@shopthemansion.com with your order number and reason for the return. We are not responsible for and do not offer free return shipping. Additionally, if your order had originally qualified for flat rate shipping but the shipping cost was higher than that flat rate, we will process the refund for the amount paid minus the original, full cost that was incurred for shipping that order. We will let you know what that original shipping cost was when you reach out via email to begin your return. Our shipping address for the return is listed below. Not available for return: Gift cards, artwork, furniture, lighting, sale items, holiday items, and customized or special order items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Damages	If your purchase arrives damaged, please immediately take photos of the damaged products as well as the shipping boxes and email them along with order number to: orders@shopthemansion.com. We will send a replacement as quickly as possible and file a claim for you as well.
Returned Gifts	All gifts that are returned are eligible for store credit. Please email us at: orders@shopthemansion.com if you would like to return a gift you received from us.
